This large-scale residential development included 218 fully customized homes, each fitted with a combination of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and bathroom vanities. While the exterior of each home was architecturally consistent, the interiors were uniquely styled with multiple variations to meet the needs of diverse homeowners. In total, the project included:

Each unit was customized in layout, size, and finish based on a flexible multi-style system—designed to offer variety without compromising quality.
The kitchen featured a modern minimalist aesthetic, highlighted by:
High-gloss wood grain door panels for a sleek, contemporary look
White island cabinetry backs for visual contrast and cohesion
Clean lines, bright tones, and easy-to-clean surfaces
The project was so visually striking that our client shared photos and a video on-site to confirm the authenticity—it looked almost like a digital rendering. To emphasize the realism, they even posed next to the completed kitchen for documentation.
One key to the success of this project was our systematic approach to production, labeling, and logistics. Each cabinet was labeled with a unique room number and cabinet code, allowing for:

Matching every item with its location on the floor plan

For more clarity, we attached drawings with cabinet locations circled, allowing installers to work seamlessly—even across different floor plans.
